DRESS RENTAL POLICY

1. Rental Period
Our dresses can be rented for 6 days at a fixed price of €270. This price includes premium delivery within Austria, with delivery directly to your door within 1–2 business days. At the end of the rental period, the dress must be returned to us.

2. Late Return
A daily late fee of €50 (~20% of the rental fee) applies for each day past the return date. However, we understand delays due to Austrian public holidays and will gladly accommodate such situations with grace and flexibility.

3. Shipping
We provide complimentary express shipping within Austria. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days.

4. Security Deposit
A refundable €200 security deposit is required prior to shipping. It will be returned in full upon receiving the dress in excellent condition.

5. Professional Cleaning
If a dress is returned in heavily soiled condition, a professional cleaning fee of €40–50 may be deducted from the deposit.

6. Damage
Significant damage, such as tears, broken zippers, or missing embellishments, will result in the full deposit being withheld.

7. Sizing & Fit
Please choose your size carefully—each dress listing includes detailed sizing information. If a dress does not fit, rental fees are non-refundable. However, we’ll be happy to offer an alternative piece where possible.

8. Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the client and must be arranged within Austria.
